The White Luminance Value for LCD monitors changes from 120 to 130. The first mention (p. 122, third paragraph and fourth graphic) is it 120. In all other graphics is it 130.

p. 123, fourth and sixth graph has "Target: 130"
p. 123, last paragraph, "close to our target of 130"

When did the target value move from 120 to 130?
