Give the Customer Reasons to Brag About You

Okay, maybe your customers won’t carry around your picture in their wallet and brag about how wonderful you are to anyone who will listen! But you do want your customers saying positive things about you to other people in the business world. This is the best advertisement you can ever get—one that even money can’t buy.

The only way that this will happen is by giving your customers reason to brag about you. Sometimes it is your extra efforts that are the most appreciated by the customer. Whatever the case, you must find ways to differentiate yourself from your competition. This is what keeps the customer coming back as well as telling others about how good you are!
