Business Is a Game

Think of business as a game. Lots of competition and a minimum of rules.

Business is often referred to as a “game,” complete with competition, rules, penalties, and rewards, quite analogous to a sports event. In fact, there are even a number of board games that have business as a central theme, including Monopoly. Online games abound that correlate business to games or competitions. Simulation games such as “Game Corp,” “Frontier,” “Burger Restaurant,” “Stock-o-Mania,” and “Shop Empire” are just a few that are designed for all age groups, from kids to teens and right up to university students.
