Use the System. Rule the System.

A “System” implies a coordinated, organized, well-defined arrangement, whereby the parties cooperate in a symbiotic relationship to achieve results. The “Business System,” however, is more like an ambitious free-for-all.

In the “Business System,” companies have a singular responsibility: contributing to their bottom line and thereby rewarding the shareholders. It is a game. Some players are voracious antagonists. Others are docile spectators. In between are the more gifted competitors who learn how the system works, what others expect of them, and how to manipulate others to gain advantage. That should be you.
