I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Catherine (cathy) M. Sleezer, PH.D., works with employee training and performance improvement specialists to provide consulting services on human resources for private, public, and government sector organizations. She has held roles in managing human resource projects for a large international organization (Baker Hughes). She has also held roles in academia (professor of HRD at Oklahoma State University, assistant professor at Penn State, where she taught HRD and research courses). She also served as director of the Training and Development Research Center at Penn State, where she led applied research projects in collaboration with organizations.
