Taking Action
We’ve now shown you several real-world examples of how to use SOFAIR. All of these examples represent small projects, of refined focus, that take an organization (including a family as an organization) one step closer to a CISR®* culture. Remember, that’s the goal. Not the accomplishment of projects, but the change of a culture. It is only when everyone in the organization thinks and behaves with a 1500 year view point that a socially responsible culture has taken place. In addition to the accomplishment of SOFAIR projects, within a CISR program, there are many, many more actions that people in the organization can take to promote a culture change.
