There are many ways a photographer can express his or her voice. I think my own voice originated from a desire to make people smile—though today there are, of course, several sub-strands to this voice.
Let’s clarify one thing: Whatever you do, it’s probably been done before.Note the use of “probably.” Not many of us have a trulyuniquevoice, and that’s fine. You have probably heard a lot about how photographers should develop their voice; I think this is something we should always keep in mind, but I do think it is easier said than done. Being pragmatic, it’s perhaps more abouttone of voice.
