I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Clips
Clips are the musical building blocks of Live. Each clip represents a musical event—for example, a melodic idea or phrase, percussive rhythm or beat loop, grooving bass line, transitional effect, or an entire music track or song. Therefore, clips are used to form the musical framework of songs, scores, hooks, remixes, DJ sets, live stage show performances, interactive music installations, and much more. Whether laid out in the Arrangement or Session Views, clips store a vast amount of information, along with audio and MIDI content.
