Chapter 13. Experimenting with Composite Images

A composite image is created when one or more images are placed overlapping and blended together in the same image window to create a unique composition. Photoshop Elements enables you to combine multiple images into a single document. Each image you paste into the image window is placed into its own new layer, above the background layer in the document. You can use Photoshop Elements to blend pixels between any two layers, or apply tools to blend the edge pixels of one image with another image to make the final picture appear realistic.
