What is the fourth phase of the accelerated action learning model (AALM)? The fourth phase is to establish measurable goals for the action learning set (see Exhibit 5.1). Measurable goals are typically established for the results desired (that is, the outputs sought from the AAL team’s work). Think of AAL goals as being akin to the objectives sought from a training program. Instructional objectives in training state what learners should know, do, or feel upon completion of the training program.
