Chapter 8 Phase 7: Completing the Accelerated Action Learning Set
What is the seventh phase of the accelerated action learning model (AALM)? The seventh phase is the point when AAL team members complete the AAL team project (see Exhibit 8.1). In this phase, team members reach a limitation: they solve the business problem after one or more experiments; they meet a training challenge by analyzing training needs, designing and developing the training, delivering the training, and evaluating results; they formulate and/or implement a business vision; or they achieve a business goal set for the team. The team may fail or simply may run out of time, money, or willingness to continue experimentation.
