Chapter 9 Phase 8: Debriefing the Accelerated Action Learning Team Members Collectively
The eighth phase is the point when AAL team members collectively debrief the AAL team project (see Exhibit 9.1). In this phase, team members meet to discuss what the AAL team accomplished, what is yet to be accomplished (perhaps by future AAL teams), and what the members of the AAL learned during the AAL team experience.
