The user interface (UI) in Microsoft Office Access 2007 has been designed from the ground up to improve user interaction with the product. The menu bar and toolbars in previous versions have been replaced with new components that allow easier access to and grouping of related commands. This chapter provides an overview of the new interface elements in Office Access 2007 and shows you how you can customize the UI in your Access database applications.

The Getting Started with Microsoft Office Access Window
