So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Formulare dienen in erster Linie der Dateneingabe. Diejenigen, die Daten eingeben, sollten möglichst wenig Kontakt mit der Datenbank bekommen und sich beispielsweise um solche Dinge wie Feldeigenschaften nicht kümmern müssen. Der Vorteil von Formularen besteht in der individuellen grafischen Oberflächengestaltung, die eine einfache und unkomplizierte Dateneingabe und/oder Datenveränderung ermöglicht. Im Prinzip sind Formulare nichts anderes als Eingabemasken, die die Daten an die Tabelle weiterreichen. In einem Formular lassen sich Daten viel besser einsehen, ändern, hinzufügen oder löschen als in einer Tabelle.
