Part III. Data Mania and Management

In this part . . .
I admit it. The word “mania” was added just to make this section sound more exciting. How thrilling would it be if it were simply entitled “Data Management”? I'm yawning just thinking about it. Of course, if you really want to understand how to use and control your Access database, you'll read this section of the book – regardless of the perceived potential for inducing sleep.
Actually, in this Part, you'll find out about some really neat features – like Forms, which can be used for building, editing, and viewing your database, ways to import and export data (making building a table‐ful of records go much faster), how to edit your database automatically, ferreting out duplicate records, misspellings, and other data atrocities, and you'll also – drum roll, please – learn about how your Access data can find a home on the web.
What can be more exciting than that? Well, lots of things could be, but how likely is it that you'll win the lottery, anyway?
