James R. Adler, PhD, CPA, CFE, is founder of Adler Consulting Ltd., which specializes in forensic accounting. He has over 40 years of public accounting and academic experience working with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).
