It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
13. Printing and Sending Email with ActionScript 3.0
Lesson overview
In this lesson, you will learn to do the following:
• Send email from a Flash project.
• Work with a PHP script that will receive email information from ActionScript.
• Send data from Flash to a PHP script using the URLVariables class.
• Create new variables in a URLVariables instance.
• Print content from a Flash file using the PrintJob class.
• Control printing using the methods and properties of the PrintJob class.
• Catch errors that may occur while attempting to print by using a try/catch statement.
This lesson will take approximately 2.5 hours.
