Chapter 5. JavaScript Object Reference

The objects of the JavaScript type library for Adobe® Photoshop® CS2 are presented alphabetically and in tabular format in this chapter.

Object properties and methods are described in separate tables for each object. See “Working with the Properties tables” on page 65 and “Working with the Methods tables” on page 65 for information on how to use these tables.

Sample code for several object model classes is given to help illustrate the syntax as well as usage of the object class.

Working with the Properties tables

The Properties table for an object lists the following:

• The properties you can use with the object

• The value type for each property
