None of us were born knowing what a pixel is or what file format to use, so this appendix is intended as a quick primer for those who are coming to Photoshop with little to no knowledge of creating or working with digital graphics.
Pixels versus Vectors
Broadly speaking there are two types of computer images: pixels and vectors.
