Chapter 23. Using the Color Corrector
Color correction is the process of altering and modifying the color information that makes up your video image. Premiere Pro 1.5 offers two primary color correction effects: Color Corrector and Color Match. You use the Color Corrector effect to white balance your shots or make subtle adjustments to the coloring of your image. Color Match matches the color set of one image to the color set of another.
The Color Corrector effect (see Figure 23.1) makes adjustments within the red, green, and blue (RGB) color range, as well as adjusts the hue, saturation, and lightness (HSL) with the tonal ranges of your image.
