I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to do the following:
• Understand the best approach to integrate text for each of the Flash document types (HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, ActionScript 3.0, and AIR)
• Understand the difference between static, dynamic, and input text
• Add and edit text on the Stage
• Apply style and formatting options to text
• Add hyperlinks to text
• Use input text for user input
• Dynamically change text content
• Embed fonts and understand device fonts
