Building a simple solution: Part 1
This chapter and Chapter 8, “Building a simple solution: Part 2” on page 267 describe how to build a simple solution. The use case that was introduced in 2.2, “Complaints management example use case” on page 29 is used to show a step-by-step procedure for building your solution. In later chapters in this book, we build on top of this use case to introduce other features and capabilities, such as case splitting, customizing user interface, and deployment.
