9.4.1 Thermally Driven Multigeneration System

This is a case study based on work done by Dincer and Zamfirescu (2012) which illustrates the benefit of multigeneration systems with an incremental number of outputs. The energy supply is heat at intermediate-temperature level, derived from waste heat recovery. Therefore, renewable energy is used. The configurations of considered systems are according to Figures 9.19.3.
