Chapter 41. Communication Cluster

A major characteristic of Agile software development is recognizing and responding to change via several feedback loops. Feedback has two main parts: 1) a short cycle to bring information back into the development process and 2) effective communication of that information to those who need to know and can act upon it. The Communication cluster (see Figure 41-1) is a collection of practices that enables this communication, without which the recognize portion of recognizing and responding to change is ineffective. The right people who can respond to that change have to know about the need for it to be able to respond to it.
