The journey is the destination
Not for the faint hearted
A journey of personal development is a lifetime’s work involving courage and determination. As Stephen Covey (1989)1 says, “almost every significant breakthrough is the result of the courage to break with the traditional ways of working”. We suggest that perhaps the journey is the destination. It is learning what to hold onto and having the courage to let go.
