So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Im Laufe dieses Buchprojekts ist unser zweites Kind auf die Welt gekommen. Der Blogartikel »Partner Kanban: Wie man mit Post-its ein Kind zeugt« erregte viel Aufsehen, und die Leser fragten uns: »Wirklich, ihr macht das mit den Post-its auch zu Hause?«
Ja, und noch mehr. Für uns sind Werte und Prinzipien nicht nur im Kontext von professioneller Arbeit wichtig. Wir legen auch als Familie ein besonderes Augenmerk darauf.
Was bei der Arbeit als sinnvoll gilt, wird im Privaten oft belächelt oder als unwichtig erachtet. Dabei kann das, was gute Teams ausmacht, doch nicht schlecht oder ungeeignet für das Team Familie sein, das für uns an allererster Stelle steht.
