PREFACE

It is said that "You are who you are with." I have had the great fortune to meet and learn from many smart people around the world—all with different experiences. I feel extremely thankful for the mentoring and guidance I have received and am enjoying giving back as much as I can. This book covers many of the lessons I have learned over the past years helping organizations use technology solutions to increase their agility in their business sector. The experience combined a lot of using the latest technologies with airplane and conference room conversations in far-flung places. I've had the opportunity to watch companies evolve from basic users of information technology to dynamic forces leading their industries by unlocking knowledge and potential.
