If you’ve made it this far, you’re now in the “road warrior” section of the book, where all the reference materials and bizarre ideas dwell. The origin of this section goes all the way back to the trunk of my car—unless you’re British, in which case, the origin of this section goes all the way back to the boot of my automobile. Until relatively recently, as I previously stated, I was a consultant, a hired gun, a one-man medicine show, or a resident visitor.
