Abstract

A two-stage longitudinal propensity adjustment is described for treatment effectiveness analyses of observational data. The propensity score is estimated in a mixed-effects logistic regression model. Treatment effectiveness is then examined with quintile-stratified mixed-effects grouped-time survival models.
