Chapter 19 Performance of Multiple Unit Operations
In Chapter 18, techniques for evaluating the performance of individual unit operations were introduced. The use of performance curves was illustrated. Performance curves describe the behavior of a unit over a wide range of inputs. The techniques developed in Chapter 17 were also used to obtain results for a single set of input conditions, which is one point on a performance curve.
