I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this chapter, you added CheatActivity and learned how the Android OS manages your activities through ActivityManager. You also saw what happens to each of your activities when you press the Back button while they are in the foreground: When you press Back from CheatActivity, it is popped off the back stack and removed from system memory. But when you press Back from MainActivity, it is only moved to the background – it still exists in memory, though it is not visible in its created state.
