I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Defining entities
Let's start by taking a stab at what kind of entities you would like to store and how these entities might relate to one another.
Here's a sample design for LemonMart, created using draw.io:

At this moment, whether your entities are stored in a SQL or NoSQL database is inconsequential. My suggestion is to stick to what you know, but if you're starting from scratch, a NoSQL database like MongoDB will offer the most amount of flexibility as your implementation and requirements evolve.
Roughly speaking, you will need CRUD APIs for each entity. You can use Swagger to design your APIs.
