When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
We can find the Credentials page by clicking on the settings button (the gear icon on top-right corner) and then selecting the Credentials section. We should notice that a Demo Credential has already been created by Ansible Tower. Let's instead create our own credential by clicking on the +ADD button.
After clicking the +ADD button, we need to supply the name for identifying the key and the credential type. For SSH, we have to set the CREDENTIAL TYPE as Machine:
Once we have selected the type, the form on the page will extend and we should be able to supply a username and private key. Ansible Tower encrypts the key with 256 ...
