We have covered many examples in this book and because many of them illustrate relatively new technologies, this appendix is designed to provide you with some information about running these examples. Chapter Code Samples
All the samples were built using Rational Application Developer (RAD) 7.0.0.3 or using RAD 7.5 beta. The WebSphere Application Server 6.1 runtime was used for most of the samples, with some feature packs used in a few chapters (as specified in the following relevant sections).
