8. Organization and Implementation

Analytics continue to evolve as business needs change and as new capabilities become available. A BI or analytic strategy also needs to adapt. Processes, people, and technologies are all required to maintain and update the strategy. A BI Competency Center (BICC), sometimes also called a BI Center of Excellence (CoE), is key to addressing all three of these areas.
