About the Authors
Ronald E. Terry worked at Phillips Petroleum researching enhanced oil recovery processes. He taught chemical and petroleum engineering at the University of Kansas; petroleum engineering at the University of Wyoming, where he wrote the second edition of this text; and chemical engineering and technology and engineering education at Brigham Young University, where he cowrote the third edition of this text. He received teaching awards at all three universities and served as acting department chair, as associate dean, and in Brigham Young University’s central administration as an associate in the Office of Planning and Assessment. He is past president of the Rocky Mountain section of the American Society for Engineering Education. ...
