So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this chapter, we are starting a whole new part of our book in which we will cover how SAP BTP facilitates application development. With the cloud transformation of business applications, especially with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, businesses are encouraged to standardize their processes and leverage out-of-the-box functionality with the fit-to-standard mentality.
