A Digital Clock
First, a disclaimer: This is not a very good digital clock. It's the beginning of a really nice digital clock project, but only that: a beginning. Let's look at what it does and how it does it. Then you can think about possible (mandatory?) upgrades and some of the ways you might want to implement them.
Building a good digital clock is a bit outside the scope of this chapter. But after working on this project, you should have a good idea of what would be involved in taking this project to the next level, should you desire to do so. If not, please feel free to skip to the next chapter.
