Dr Julie E. Mehan is semi-retired, but still serves as a professor at the University of Maryland Global College (UMGC), where she teaches Digital Ethics, Cyberterrorism, and Information Systems in organizations. It was the students in her Digital Ethics classes that inspired this book.
Until her semi-retirement to Florida, she was the founder and president of JEMStone Strategies and a principal in a strategic consulting company in the state of Virginia.
