On how it all started…
When I was a training director at a bank on the East Coast, I was asked to bring supervisory training into the organization. I was actually the first training director they had ever hired; this was in the 70s. And I went out to find a program that I thought would work for us and I did. I found a program provided through a supplier. And doing the cost analysis on that with my management team, it became apparent that this was a much heavier investment than they had anticipated.
