It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Select the Most Effective Formal Learning
Previous chapters prepared you to begin delivery of knowledge and skills. This chapter provides suggestions for the 10 percent—formal learning. It can be separated into three chunks: formal learning in a traditional classroom, various types of e-learning, and all the other formal services, such as college course registrations, certification programs, and MOOCs. (We cover these services in chapter 23.)
