Chapter 3 Creating Views

One of the strongest points of the Autodesk® Revit® Architecture platform is that it is one single model. This single model, however, has to be broken down into a tangible format that allows the user to navigate through a project. Chapter 1, “The Autodesk Revit World,” and Chapter 2, “Creating a Model,” featured the Project Browser (which is included in this chapter as well), but what is the Project Browser managing? Well, it’s simply managing views of the model. The browser also handles sheets, families, groups, links, and assemblies, but you’ll use it to open and work with the properties of views more than anything else.
