jobs [options] [jobIDs]
List all running or stopped jobs, or list those specified by jobIDs. For example, you can check whether a long compilation or text format is still running. Also useful before logging out. See the earlier section Job Control.
Options
-lList job IDs and process group IDs.
-nList only jobs whose status changed since last notification.
-pList process group IDs only.
-rList running jobs only.
-xcmdReplace each job ID found in cmd with the associated process ID and then execute cmd.
