Handling Nominal Variables
In the last few chapters we’ve spent quite a bit of time on some theoretical and background topics. I think that the time is well spent, because it’s difficult to understand how and why Bayesian analysis works without understanding how those topics come into play. But now that we’ve covered such issues as beta and binomial distributions, as well as the Bayesian versions of simple and multiple regression analysis, it’s definitely time to look through the other end of the telescope.
