Master Planning Implementation – Advanced Scenarios

When working with master planning, companies do not always have simple scenarios such as the ones we saw in Chapter 10. Multiple warehouses and sites often come into the equation, which obliges planning transfer orders and replenishments. Consider, for example, one facility that manufactures semi-finished items delivered to other facilities that produce the finished goods. Times and dates are crucial to address that problem.
