In the ancient days of web programming, developers created web pages with simple text editors such as Microsoft’s Notepad. Often they wrote raw, messy HTML, with blocks of script code inserted wherever necessary.
Visual Studio offers a far better alternative. First, it’s extensible and can even work in tandem with traditional web editors such as Microsoft Expression Web and Adobe Dreamweaver.
