So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD) has many genetic connections that can be represented in genetic association networks. These networks can be converted in graph data structure and also further examined using graph neural networks models to further examine the association these genes have with ASD. Our task shows that Graph Sage contains an 84.03 percent accuracy with 0.85 Area under the ROC curve.
