Chapter 15. The Future of Biometric Authentication
The future of any technology is difficult to predict. Biometric authentication is a field that is making rapid advances. The use of new materials for imaging biometrics and the development of new types of biometrics will continue. Below are some areas I am willing to speculate about as I gaze into the future:
