Road shows
A road show is when the core team for a project travels from conference to conference and to other events across the world promoting their project. The goal is to put the project in front of as many people as possible and to meet as many investors and other influencers as possible. A road show is draining and expensive, but often necessary for projects to gain strong investor support. Many investors, especially large investors, want to get to know the founders and see what they are made of. If investors and influencers have strong confidence in project leadership, they are more likely to invest.
