I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What We Learned
Observables are at their best when you’re dealing with asynchronous events. You’ve learned how to make AJAX requests to an external server, how to batch together requests, and how to handle errors when they occur. We also peeked into a larger world of multiple layers of loading.
In the next chapter, you’ll progress to more advanced AJAX topics: avoiding race conditions and playing nice with external APIs.
